(July 31, 2020) Earlier this Spring, we featured the wonderful new single from Ledisi, “Anything For You.” We just loved the old school soulfulness of the song, and she simply killed it vocally. We never for a moment wondered, “How could this be even better?”
Well, today, we received the answer. A new version of the song, now in duet format with PJ Morton, came out, and it is all that. The two longtime SoulTracks faves sound simply wonderful together, and, while the arrangement is the same as the solo single from Ledisi, their call-and-response vocals give the song a wonderful new dimension.
